What I did decide is that I very much like and enjoy the public transit industry and will likely retire in that sector and that it's the people I work with that make the difference!

I train new hires to become new bus operators. I refresh skills and facilitate changes to the job and/or policy for existing bus operators. I provide remedial training when required. I licence and renew licences as a Signing Authority on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation Ontario. My goal was and is to have a lasting, possitive effect on employees and their environment.

In 2023, I co-facilitated the founding of Mississauga's first ERG and am priveleged to remain leading the group a Chair into 2024. My goal ...the same as above, to have a lasting positive effect on our members and The City of Mississauga.
